why do i need to register to place orders?

We all love admin... Register to set up your personal account, place orders, and basically micro-manage our entire bromance!

All customers must be a registered member to make orders on our website.

When you register and activate your account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name, gender, email address, telephone number, date of birth and shipping address. This information will enable our staff to effectively provide you with online hair loss treatments. It is your responsibility to update this information so our records are current, complete and accurate. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our privacy policy.

You may purchase one or more subscriptions from the options available on our website. All subscriptions include a 3 month supply of hair loss products and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing date or subsequent subscription period. We do this to better forecast our product manufacturing (which is always made in Australia).

All subsequent charges will occur on a 3-monthly basis thereafter unless cancelled by giving us at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date or subsequent subscription period. All charges and prices as shown on our website are in Australian Dollars and exclusive of GST where applicable and delivery charges. Medicare benefits are not claimable for any joebloe product.
